2.5.4. Replacement of consolidation of a final collector (Z10XE, Z10XEP, without conditioner)

NOTE
On cars since a year of release 04 with ESP – after each detachment of the accumulator the sensor of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel loses the main installation. It needs to be calibrated anew.

Removal
Open a cowl.
Disconnect plugs of the rechargeable battery.
Disconnect a weight wire.
Lift the car.
Dismantle an exhaust pipe in front 1.

NOTE
On option of the ECO model uncover motor office below.

Turn off 3 nuts.
Lower the car.
Dismantle the soaking-up pipe 1.
Turn out a bolt 2.
Release the directing oil meter probe tube.
Pull out the oil meter probe.
Turn out a bolt.
Dismantle heated a lambda sensor of regulation of composition of fuel mix.
Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires.
Release a plait of wires.
Carefully turn out by means of KM-61291 adaptation.
Dismantle a transport earring of the engine 2 at the left.
Turn out a bolt.
Dismantle a guard of a final collector.
Turn off 2 bolts of fastening.
Dismantle a final collector.
Turn off 7 nuts of fastening.
Take out consolidation.
Clean sealing surfaces of a head of the cylinder and a final collector.
Take out the directing oil meter probe pipe.
Installation
Insert the directing oil meter probe tube.
Replace 2 sealing rings 1.
Establish a final collector.
Replace consolidation.
Replace nuts.
Tighten 3 nuts the moment of an inhaling of 20 N · m.
Establish a guard of a final collector.
Tighten 2 bolts of fastening with the moment of 8 N · m.
Establish a transport earring of the engine at the left.
Tighten a bolt the moment of an inhaling of 20 N · m.
Establish heated a lambda sensor of regulation of composition of fuel mix.
Apply on a carving assembly paste (white).
Tighten a lambda sensor the moment 40 N · m.
Connect the socket of a plait of wires.
Fix a plait of wires.
Fix the directing oil meter probe tube.
Tighten a bolt the moment of 8 N · m.
Lift the car.
Establish an exhaust pipe in front.

On the ECO model establish a cover of motor office below.
|
Replace consolidation and nuts.
Tighten 3 nuts the moment of 25 N · m.
Lower the car.
Establish the soaking-up pipe.
Insert into a forward part from above.
Tighten a bolt.
Insert the oil meter probe.
Connect plugs of the rechargeable battery.
Program volatile memory.
Close a cowl.
