2.10.2. Replacement of a fuel-supply line of high pressure (The pump of high pressure – the pressure chamber)

ATTENTION
During the work with the Common Rail system wait within one minute after switching off of the engine. The system dumps pressure automatically.

ATTENTION
During the work with fuel observe purity as even very small particles of dirt can result in malfunctions in operation of the engine or system. Close open unions of fuel system suitable caps. Repeated application of caps is not allowed.


Removal
Open a cowl.
Disconnect the rechargeable battery.
Disconnect the grounding connector from a grounding clip.
Uncover the engine
Remove an inlet pipe.
Disconnect 3 plaits of wires.
Disconnect a ventilating hose of the engine.
Disconnect the quick disconnect coupling.
Disconnect from a turbocharger air inlet hose.
Weaken a collar.
Disconnect from an air inlet hose, the sensor of a mass consumption of air.
Weaken a collar and turn off 2 bolts of fastening.
Place below a container for discharge.
Disconnect the pipeline of high pressure from the pump of high pressure to the pressure chamber. Turn off 2 connecting nuts.

Installation
Install the pipeline of high pressure from the pump of high pressure to the pressure chamber.
Use the new pipeline of high pressure.
Tighten a connecting nut of M14 the moment of 19 N · m.
Tighten a connecting nut of M12 the moment of 24 N · m.
Establish an inlet pipe.
Attach to a turbocharger air inlet hose.
Tighten a collar the moment of 3.5 N · m.
Attach the sensor of a mass consumption of air to an air inlet hose.
Tighten a collar the moment of 3.5 N · m.
Attach a ventilating hose of the engine.
Fix by a collar.
Tighten 2 bolts of fastening.
Fix 3 plaits of wires.
Establish an engine cover.
Connect the rechargeable battery.
Attach the grounding connector to a grounding clip.
Tighten a fastening nut.
Program volatile memory.
Close a cowl.
