Remove an inlet collector, having turned off a fastening bolt.

Remove a ventilating hose of the engine from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.

Disconnect an inlet pipe from an air inlet hose.

Disconnect an inlet pipe from a turbocharger.

NOTE Close an inlet pipe of a turbocharger.

Remove an inlet pipe.

Dump fuel pressure via the test union using the device for check of tightness of KM-J-34730-91.

Collect the following fuel in a suitable container.

Disconnect the vacuum highway (1) from the regulator of pressure of fuel (2). Remove a collar of fastening (5) from the regulator of pressure of fuel and a fuel stage.

Mark adjusting situation and accurately remove the fuel pressure regulator from a fuel stage.

NOTE In this point absolute purity is extremely important.

Replace sealing rings.

Before installation cover sealing rings with a thin layer of silicone lubricant (white).

Note adjusting position of the regulator of pressure of fuel. Install the fuel pressure regulator in a fuel stage.

Establish a collar of fastening of the regulator of pressure of fuel and attach a fuel stage, tighten the moment 5 N · m.

Connect a vacuum hose to the fuel pressure regulator.

Remove a cap of an inlet pipe of a turbocharger.

Attach a ventilating hose of the engine to a cover of a head of the block of cylinders and fix by a collar.

Attach an inlet pipe to a turbocharger.

Attach an inlet pipe to an air inlet hose.

Wrap a bolt of fastening of a collar.
