Remove a back wheel.

Remove the brake drum.

Disconnect the top spring flat-nose pliers for brake springs.

Remove the holding collar.

Disconnect the adjusting lever with a spring.

Remove the adjusting module with a thermoclip, part brake shoes A little.

Turn cups of springs of compression on both sides by means of the KM special tool 346 before release of springs.

Remove a front brake shoe and disconnect a spring.

Disconnect a back brake shoe from a cable of the parking brake system and remove.

Clear a brake board and cover on both sides with protivoskripny lubricant all interfaced surfaces of brake shoes in the field of arrows.

Clear the brake drum.

Check the wheel brake cylinder for leak, replace in case of need.

Check lock springs and fastenings for existence of damages, replace in case of need.

Check brake shoes for existence of cracks, oiling and wear, replace brake shoes in case of need.

Check brake drums for existence of cracks and a surface of brake shoes on existence рисок – in case of need: pierce the brake drum or replace the brake drum.

Establish a back brake shoe in a cable of the parking brake system.

NOTE Before installation of brake shoes, be convinced that the cable of the parking brake system is in a guide on a brake board.

Establish a clamp, a spring of compression and a plate by means of the KM special tool 346.

Fix the fixing spring and establish a block of the forward brake mechanism on a guide.

Establish a clamp, a spring of compression and a plate of a front brake shoe.

Install the adjusting module.

Cover a carving with silicone lubricant.

NOTE The ratchet should not be blocked at the end of the adjustment module.

Install the adjustment module with a thermoclip – be convinced of correctness of installation (shooter).

Make sure that the spring washer was established before installation of the adjusting lever.

NOTE Establish a new spring washer, at installation of new brake shoes.

Install the adjusting lever with a spring.

Establish the holding bracket and the top spring by flat-nose pliers for brake springs.

Install the brake drum.

Establish a back wheel and tighten the moment 110 N · m.

Adjust the drum brake mechanism and the parking brake system.
