7.1.6. Replacement of the regulator of the generator (the Z18XE engine, with the conditioner)
Removal
Open a cowl.
Disconnect plugs of the rechargeable battery.

NOTE
On cars, since a year of release 2004, with system of course stability, after each detachment of the accumulator the sensor of angular provision of a steering wheel loses the main control. It it is necessary calibrate again.

Dismantle a weight wire.
Disconnect a final branch pipe from the face panel.
Remove a forward wheel on the right.
Lift the car.
Remove the right forward wheel.
Turn off 4 bolts of fastening.
Lift the car.
Remove the channel of an air duct on the right.
Turn off 3 bolts of fastening (arrow).
Uncover a poliklinovy belt.
Turn off 3 bolts of fastening 1.
Remove a clip 2.
Dismantle a poliklinovy belt.

NOTE
Designate the direction of rotation.
|
Pull the tension device of a poliklinovy belt by means of KM-913-A 2 adaptation in the direction of an arrow.
Insert the KM-61301 device.
Lower the car.
Dismantle an engine cover.
Turn out an oil-filling branch pipe in a cover.
Turn off 2 bolts of fastening.
Wrap an oil-filling branch pipe in a cover.
Remove the case of the air filter 1.
Disconnect 2 sockets of a plait of wires of a termoanemometrichesky film mass flowmeter of air (4), the valve of ventilation of a tank 2.
Remove the valve of ventilation of a tank from clips.
Remove the soaking-up hose.
Remove a hose of ventilation of the engine 3.
Turn off the screw (shooter).
Remove fastening of a plait of wires from a laid on level of the generator.
Remove a vaporizing fuel hose.
Remove a press level from the generator.
Dismantle a wire of weight 1 – turn out a nut of fastening 2.
Turn out the basic screw 3.
Turn off 2 bolts of fastening 4, 5.
Lift the car.
Remove the tension device of a poliklinovy belt.
Pull the tension device of a poliklinovy belt.
Remove KM-6130 2 adaptation.
Weaken a tension in the tension device of a poliklinovy belt.
Turn off the screw 1.
Disconnect 2 sockets of a plait of wires a lambda sensor, the control unit of catalytic converter 4, the oil 3 pressure relay.
Release fastenings of the generator.
Disconnect a generator arm.
Turn off 2 bolts of fastening above 1.
Turn out a nut of fastening 2.
Remove a generator arm.
Turn off the screw.
Remove the generator screw.
Remove a fixing clip.
Brake pipeline, fuel-supply line.
Remove the generator.
Remove a plait of wires of the generator – turn out 2 nuts 1.
Take the generator through a wheel niche.
Uncover.
Turn off the screw 2.
Turn out 2 nuts 1.
Uncover.
Remove the regulator.
Turn off 3 bolts of fastening (arrow).
Installation
Attach the regulator.
Tighten 2 nuts.
Mount a cover.
Tighten 2 nuts.
Tighten 2 bolts of fastening.
Install the generator.
Insert the generator.
Establish a plait of wires of the generator – screw 2 nuts.
Insert a generator arm.
Insert the generator screw – put the fastening clamp.
Tighten the screw.
Insert a fixing clip.
Lower the car.
Establish a press level of the generator.
Dismantle a weight wire – tighten a fastening nut, 2 bolts of fastening, a basic bolt tighten to 20 N · m.
Attach fastening of a plait of wires.
Tighten the screw to 20 N · m.
3podnimite car.
Fix the generator.
Tighten a fastening nut to 35 N · m.
Fix a generator arm – 2 bolts of fastening tighten to 35 N · m.
Attach 2 sockets of a plait of wires.
Install the tension device of a poliklinovy belt.
Tighten the screw (35 N · м).
Pull the tension device of a poliklinovy belt by means of KM-913-A adaptation.
Insert the KM-6130 device.
Establish poliklinovy a belt.

NOTE
Observe the direction of rotation and assembly situation.

Weaken a tension of the tension device of a poliklinovy belt by means of KM-913-A adaptation.
Remove KM-6130.
Record a final branch pipe in a clip.
Establish a cover of a poliklinovy belt.
Twirl 3 bolts of fastening.
Insert a clip.
Install the channel of an air duct on the right.
Twirl 3 bolts of fastening.
Lower the car.
Establish the right forward wheel.
Twirl 4 bolts of fastening.
Lower the car.
Fix the right forward wheel.
Tighten 4 bolts of fastening to 110 N · m.
Install the case of the air filter.
Tighten the screw.
Establish the soaking-up hose.
Establish a hose of ventilation of the engine.
Fix the valve of ventilation of a tank.
Attach 2 sockets of a plait of wires.
Establish an engine cover.
Turn out an oil-filling branch pipe in a cover.
Insert the holding ledges.
Tighten screws (8 N · м).
Wrap an oil-filling branch pipe in a cover.
Attach the rechargeable battery to plugs.
Calibrate the sensor of angular provision of a steering wheel.
Include ignition.
Once transfer a steering wheel from extreme right situation to extreme left.
Program volatile memory.
Close a cowl.
