7.1.9. Removal and installation of a starter (Z14XE, Z16YNG, with the conditioner)
Open a cowl.

NOTE
On cars since a year of release 04 with ESP – after each detachment of the accumulator the sensor of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel loses the main installation. It it is necessary calibrate anew.

Disconnect the accumulator.
Disconnect a weight wire.
Lift the car.
Remove a support of an inlet collector.
Turn out 2 bolts of fastening.
Establish a plait of wires of a starter.
Turn out 2 nuts 1.
Put a plait of wires aside.
Dismantle a starter.
Turn out 2 bolts of fastening.
Establish a starter.
Tighten screws (25 N · м).
Establish a plait of wires of a starter.
Tighten nuts.
Mount a support of an inlet collector.
Tighten the screw from above (M8, 20 N · м).
Tighten the screw from below (M10, 35 N · м).
Lower the car.
Connect the accumulator.
Calibrate the sensor of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel.
Include ignition.

NOTE
Turn a steering wheel once from the right extreme situation to the left extreme situation.

Program volatile memory.
Close a cowl.
