Dismantle a drainage guard.

Dismantle an electric motor of a forward screen wiper.

Unblock and disconnect the socket of a plait of wires of the electric motor of a forward screen wiper.

Dismantle lever the screen wiper mechanism with the electric motor, unscrew the screw (see fig. I).

Remove lever the mechanism from the handle of the lever mechanism of a forward screen wiper 1.

Turn off the handle from the electric motor, an electric motor from the lever mechanism, unscrew the screw (see fig. II).

Remove system of connecting levers.

Bring out of clips of 4 spherical heads with 1 on 3.

Installation

Establish an electric motor on lever the mechanism.

NOTE Before installation of the handle on an electric motor of a screen wiper connect a screen wiper electric motor to food and establish in extreme situation. Pay attention to the correct installation of the handle.

Insert the engine, tighten the screw.

Install the handle.

Establish an electric motor of a forward screen wiper with the lever mechanism, tighten the screw.

Connect the socket of a plait of wires.

Install system of connecting levers.

Fix in clips of 4 spherical heads.

Establish a drainage guard.

Install levers of screen wipers of a windshield, tighten a nut of fastening of 14 N · m.

Carry out the main adjustment of levers of screen wipers of a windshield.

Model F 06

The party of the driver – about 5 cm;

The party of the passenger – about 4 cm.

Model F 08

The party of the driver – about 7 cm;

The party of the passenger – about 7 cm.

NOTE Establish a screen wiper electric motor in a basic position.
