2.3.4. Removal and installation of the thermostat with a branch pipe of cooling liquid (Z10XE, Z10XEP, without conditioner)
Removal
Open a cowl.
Merge cooling liquid.

NOTE
On option of the ECO model uncover motor office below.

Substitute the reception pallet.
Open a carving stopper of a drain opening (shooter).
Above 2 disconnect a radiator hose from a branch pipe of cooling liquid.
Release a collar.
Dismantle a branch pipe of cooling liquid 1.
Turn off 3 bolts of fastening.
Installation
When replacing details consider various options of a design. You watch correctness of numbers of details.
Clean the sealing surfaces of the pump of cooling liquid, a branch pipe of cooling liquid.
Establish a branch pipe of cooling liquid.
Replace consolidation.
Tighten 3 bolts of fastening the moment of 8 N · m.
Establish a radiator hose above.
Fix a collar.
Close a carving stopper of a drain opening of cooling liquid.
To fill the cooling system and remove from it air.

Close a cowl.
